Orders are shipped from Poland within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Standard delivery time to the UK is 5–7 business days.

You will receive a tracking number once your parcel is dispatched.
We use trusted courier services.

📦 VAT & Customs Information (UK)

All orders are shipped from Poland. We issue a 0% VAT invoice as this is an export from the European Union.

• For orders up to £135 – the customer may be charged UK VAT by customs upon delivery. In practice, many lower-value shipments (especially second-hand goods) pass through without extra fees, but this is at the discretion of UK customs.

• For orders over £135 – the customer will usually be charged VAT, and in some cases customs duties, in accordance with UK import regulations.

EcoFetch is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged by the UK authorities. Payment of such fees is the responsibility of the customer.
