1. Are the tennis balls safe for my dog?
Yes, all balls are carefully inspected and sorted to ensure safety during play. However, we recommend that owners always supervise their dogs during playtime, especially if your dog tends to chew intensely.

2. Are the balls suitable for chewing?
The balls are perfect for fetching and playing, but they are not designed for heavy chewing. Please supervise your dog to ensure their safety.

3. Where do the used tennis balls come from?
Our balls come from various sources and are carefully selected and cleaned before being sold.

4. Are the balls clean and hygienic?
Yes, each ball goes through a cleaning process to ensure it is fresh and safe for your dog.

5. Where do you deliver in England?
We ship tennis balls throughout England — no matter where you are, we will get them to you.

6. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 5-7 working days as orders are shipped from our main warehouse in Poland.

7. How can I pay for my order?
We accept credit and debit card payments as well as PayPal.

8. Can I return the tennis balls?
Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the shipment, at the buyer’s expense. Please send returns to:

9. What about VAT and customs for UK orders?
All orders are shipped from Poland. We issue a 0% VAT invoice as this is an export from the European Union.

• For orders up to £135, the customer may be charged UK VAT by customs upon delivery. In practice, many lower-value shipments (especially second-hand goods) pass through without extra fees, but this is at the discretion of UK customs.

• For orders over £135, VAT and sometimes customs duties will usually be charged according to UK import regulations.

• EcoFetch is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged by UK authorities. Payment of such fees is the customer's responsibility.
